MindGame Research Lab is an independent NGO and interdisciplinary research center based at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Nabeul (FSEGN). Dedicated to advancing research in behavioral science, our lab combines rigorous empirical methods with practical decision-making applications. Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Principal Investigator (PI), the HR & Talent Officer serves as an operational anchor for our people strategies, recruitment workflows, and internal community building.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, including drafting job postings, screening applicants, and facilitating interview panels.
Onboarding & Lifecycle: Coordinate smooth onboarding experiences and assist with contract management for new hires across all hubs.
Mentorship Frameworks: Design and maintain the internal 1-on-1 Mentorship Program, managing matching workflows and quarterly check-in cycles.
Culture & Well-being: Organize team-building initiatives, monitor team well-being, and foster an inclusive workplace environment.
Performance Support: Support biannual performance review cycles, ensuring constructive feedback and professional growth paths.

Qualifications & Mindset

Academic Background: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or a related field (PhD’s degree is a plus).
Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years in talent acquisition, academic HR, or non-profit people operations.
Technical Aptitude & Skills: Strong grasp of labor laws, contract management, structured recruitment workflows, and conflict resolution tools.
MindGame-Specific Attributes: Deep understanding of the Brain Drain Paradox and a passion for designing impactful mentorship programs within academic contexts.
