MindGame Research Lab is an independent NGO and interdisciplinary research center based at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Nabeul (FSEGN). Dedicated to advancing research in behavioral science, our lab combines rigorous empirical methods with practical decision-making applications. As we scale our scientific outreach and digital presence, we are seeking a dedicated, creative, and strategic Research Marketing & Communications Assistant to strengthen our visibility, communicate our research, and expand our impact across digital platforms.

Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Principal Investigator (PI), the Research Marketing & Communications Assistant serves as a creative and digital support for MindGame’s visual identity, scientific communication, media production, SEO strategy, and public outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Photography & Visual Documentation: Capture high-quality photographs of research activities, experiments, workshops, conferences, team activities, and other MindGame events.
- Video Production & Editing: Record, edit, and produce engaging videos, interviews, reels, research highlights, event recaps, and educational content for digital platforms.
- Graphic Design & Visual Content: Design posters, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, announcements, and other visual materials while maintaining MindGame’s brand identity.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms while supporting audience engagement and digital campaigns.
- SEO Management: Implement SEO practices for MindGame’s website and digital content, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, search visibility, and performance monitoring.
- Research Communication: Work with researchers to transform scientific projects, publications, experiments, and findings into accessible and engaging multimedia content for academic and public audiences.
Qualifications & Mindset
- Academic Background: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field (PhD’s degree is a plus).
- Professional Experience: Experience in photography, videography, video editing, digital marketing, social media, content creation, or scientific/academic communication is preferred.
- Creative & Technical Skills: Strong skills in photography, video recording and editing, graphic design, and multimedia content creation. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent software is highly desirable.
- Digital & SEO Skills: Practical knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, website content management, and social media analytics.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. French proficiency is a plus.
- MindGame-Specific Attributes: Creativity, curiosity, strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for communicating behavioral science and elevating African research through modern digital media.
