Research Advisor
Dr. Hela Ben Hassine Khalladi is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Tunis El Manar, Coordinator of the M.Sc. in Monetary Economics and Banking, and a Research Advisor at MindGame Research Lab. A Fulbright Alumna (Tennessee State University) and Founder of Rethinking Economics Tunisia (RET), an affiliate group of Rethinking Economics International, her research investigates fiscal sustainability, public debt dynamics, structural reforms, and the institutional determinants of long-term economic development.
Within the laboratory, she contributes expertise on public policy analysis, political economy, and macroeconomic modeling, connecting behavioral research with broader economic challenges to support evidence-based policy evaluation and reform in emerging economies.
